CLASS FORMAT
Yoga classes are diverse, combining various styles of yoga, breath work, and meditation. Each class is fresh and new, not repetitious. Many classes will have a primary focus on health issues such as digestion, hormones, and anxiety. A Yin yoga class will be offered once a month to stretch and release connective tissue which increases mobility.
Classes are offered to beginners as well as experienced yogis. So grab your mat, wear comfortable clothes, and come ready to have fun!
